E-Ezine - list building income tactics
If
you do these mistakes, you will eventually run out of money and crash and burn!
Mistake #1 – Buying
leads before setting up a proper autoresponder email series.
If you put the horse before the cart, you will
end up leaving tons of money on the table because you won’t be able to convert
your fresh leads into hungry customers – Your leads will turn cold.
Mistake #2 – Giving up too fast.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, and the same goes for
list building. You’ll have to put in conscious effort and put your efforts in
diligently if you want to see leads pouring into your funnel. For example, some
blogs or website may even take months before they appear on Google or have a
good Page rank.
Mistake #3 – Spamming your leads with useless
rubbish.
Each time you promote something, make sure that
offer is something that will truly benefit your customers.
You lose karma points each time you promote
something so make it count. Make sure you achieve a balance of providing useful
free content and self promotion.
Mistake #4 – Making too many ad swaps.
Ad swaps might be a good way to build your list,
but you must remember each time that you promote another person’s product; you
are literally giving away your potential customers to your competitors.
This can draw their attention away from the value you have to offer and thus
the quality of your list may suffer.
In
short, do your best to avoid these mistakes and always adopt good list building
practices to ensure maximal quality and quantity of subscribers
Basically,
almost everything you need to create a successful online business can be found
in your FREE membership.
Some sort of juicy incentive to get people to
subscribe (such as a good free report.)
The second
point is crucial. Please don’t skimp on your freebie –you need to offer people
something of high value if you want to persuade them to opt-in to your list.
You also need to make sure your offering has a catchy title and copy that tells
your potential subscribers about all the content you will be sharing with them.
Make sure your freebie sounds sexy and exciting, because that’s ultimately what
will get you the opt-ins.
Offering good
free content that is targeted around the type of products you sell is a great
way to make people trust you.You will
be giving them good value and knowledge for free, so this should make them
interested in the products and services which you have to offer.
This, in turn,
will lead to the law of reciprocity. You give your subscribers good value and
they will start to tell other people about you, especially if you offer them
content they can give away and recommend to their friends, acquaintances,
business contacts and clients.This is
where viral marketing comes in and creates your avalanche of traffic.
Remember you
can also add affiliate links and other advertisements to monetize your
freebies.There’s more about this later.
Another good
idea is to translate your offerings into different languages, as this way you
widen your target market.
Traffic to Your Squeeze Page
You can build
the most fantastic squeeze page in the world and be giving away a genuinely
wonderful freebie, but if no-one knows about it, the traffic and subscribers
won’t come!
You can get
people to your squeeze page by creating related articles, press releases, blog
posts, blog comments, videos and podcasts, as discussed elsewhere in this
report, but there are also other options available to you.
If you decide
to create an eZine, you can submit your eZine to the various free eZine
directories andeZine announcement lists to attract people to sign up to your
list
With an eZine,
or e-course, you can easily get other webmasters to help you get traffic by
promoting their product offers in exchange for 50% commission or by including
one of their articles in your creation.
This works
especially well if you make your E-course or eZine in PDF format, as you can
use extra visuals and pictures.
It is also
possible to work out a deal with these webmasters to use their content in each
edition of your eZine.
If you make an
offer that the webmaster cannot refuse and provide them with a squeeze page or
form, it is likely they will recommend your eZine or e-course to their own
list, thus helping you create new traffic streams and plenty of new
subscribers. It will benefit them to do
this, as the more subscribers you get, the more sales they will get.
Traffic on

although there is of coursesome work involved in the initial stages, butthat
snowball of work will soon start rolling into a great big boulder of traffic
hitting your website every day, week and month.Trust me when I say that the
work iswell worth it.

If you want to generate leads, you technically don’t NEED special software to do it. You could just ask people to email you their information and you could send them their freebie manually.
But if you want to build a list of leads of any decent size, you’ll be pulling your hair out in no time having to personally respond to every single email. Then you have to copy all of that information into a database. And when you want to contact those leads, you’ll have to email each person one-by-one.
Who has time for all that?
That’s why most people use some sort of system to collect and manage their leads.
Some people just use an autoresponder or email marketing service, which is perfectly find if all you’re looking to do it build a list for email marketing purposes. If you only need basic information such as name and email address, that’s all you need.
In fact, there are some free options you can use until your list grows. MailerLite and MailChimp both have free versions that you only have to start paying for once you reach a certain number of leads.
However, if you have more advanced needs, such as when you need to collect information like income, buying habits, and other information, you might need to use a more advanced system.
One of the most important things to keep in mind when creating content for your blog or website in order to drive in traffic from these niches is that people in these “desperate markets” want to learn from someone who really gets them.
They don’t want to read content written by an affiliate marketer. They need to feel as though you truly understand them and have the ability to help them solve their problem.
In other words, you need to speak to them as though they are a friend.
Think about the “weight loss” niche as an example.
Do you think someone who is desperate to lose 100 pounds wants to read content that was written by an Internet marketer with no idea what it feels like to struggle with body image issues?
The same goes for content written by someone who has never been overweight in their life. It will likely come across as disingenuous.
That’s not to say that you can’t explore niche markets where you have no experience. You can, and you should. But make sure your content is written so that it connects with your target audience, speaks their language and sounds honest and comforting.
And authoritative. After all, you need to demonstrate your ability to provide a solution to their troubles.
So, how can you figure out what is on your buyers minds and how best to communicate to them?
Build mailing lists targeting leads for each niche and offer useful and helpful information while balancing your broadcasts with promotional based content.
Survey those leads. Send out emails that ask for feedback. You’d be surprised how easy is it to get people to talk to you and offer valuable insight just by asking.
Outsource to experienced writers. One of the easiest ways to become an instant expert in virtually any niche is to hire a writer with personal experience in that industry! I’ve done this many times when the niche was either too far out of my comfort zone, or I lacked interest in the topic. Check out www.Upwork.com for affordable writers.
Becoming a successful affiliate marketer takes time, however if you stay focused and consistent, you will reach your objective.
If you have the ability to create your own product, you can make even more money by creating a product that complements the product you are promoting!
Not only will you be able to double your income from the same marketing, but you’ll be able to piggyback off of the success of the product you intent to promote to your audience.
Whereas with a bonus offer you are providing additional value for free whenever someone purchases through your affiliate link, with this method of creating a product of your own, you are creating your very own upsell that will not only make you more money, but elevate the value of the original product!
For example, if the initial product you are promoting is a full length video course that teaches people how to make money with membership sites, you could create:
* Content for 12 months for membership sites in different niches that they can plug into their members centre.
* Outsource a programmer to create a membership script or product protection plugin.
* Create a membership site of your own that powers up the membership sites of others! (Sell monthly pre-made PLR content packages that they can use on their own site.)
The idea is to create a product that enhances the value of the *main* product you are promoting, and then piggyback off of the success of that launch!
I’ll leave you to brainstorm ways in which you could create auxiliary components or upgrades to an upcoming launch that you plan to participate in. It’s one of the easiest ways to maximize profits while building your own brand of high quality products.
If you want to become a super affiliate and make more money than those competing in your space, you absolutely need to go the extra mile and make sure you stand out.
Kind of common sense, right?
Yet so many affiliates fail to do it. Instead, they use existing affiliate training material, the same banners, graphics and promo tools that hundreds of other affiliates are using.
They do nothing to build their own brand or to establish themselves as an authority in the niche. They just get lazy.
I was guilty of doing this myself. When I first started out in affiliate marketing I used whatever material was sent to me by product owners. I didn’t have a clue how to create my own promotional material and even if I did, I wouldn’t think it would matter all that much.
Boy, was I wrong.
When I changed my mindset and began to focus on building my own brand while promoting other people’s products, everything changed. I started by creating my own website, outsourcing killer content, setting up a landing page that offered an irresistible incentive in order to build a list, and then I took things one step further.
I started creating bonus products for the products I promoted!
Bonus offers need to tie in directly with what's being offered and offer CLEAR and DIRECT value. In fact, your bonus offer should always include a “value price” associated with it, so that potential customers know exactly what the bonus is worth, and how much money they are able to save by purchasing through your affiliate link.
Your bonus offer also needs to be either exclusive, limited or both. In many cases, your bonus offer will be THE leading factor in whether a potential customer chooses to purchase the product through your affiliate link or someone else’s, so you need to spend some time creating a compelling offer that is not only valuable, but irresistible!
With exclusive bonus offers, no other affiliate can replicate your offer because you own full rights to what is being offered.
This might include unique reports, content or video tutorials that you either created yourself, or hired out to skilled freelancers.
Being able to offer exclusive bonuses will help set your offer apart from the competing offers in the market, and since you own full rights to the content, you’ll also be able to use this package as a bonus in future offers, launches, or even as part of your own information package later on!
Do you know one of the easiest ways to jumpstart your affiliate marketing career so you can start making money without a lot of work?
Write reviews!
One of the easiest ways to convince potential customers to follow through on a purchase is to provide them with valuable and detailed information about the product.
Essentially, you are validating their desire to purchase the product and eliminating their fears and concerns.
There are a few different ways to create killer reviews that will turn into sales, but my favourite is the comparison review structure.
With a comparison review post, I’m essentially pitting two products again each other. First, the one that I am interested in selling, and the other, a similar product that potential buyers likely already know about and are considering.
By listing the benefits of purchasing product A, and showcasing how superior it is to product B, I am able to reassure potential buyers that it’s a better choice.
Further, by following it up with an in-depth review that lists both the pros and cons of the product I’m promoting (yes, you definitely want to list what you didn’t like about it or how it could be improved as well), you are giving buyers a detailed snapshot that includes all of the information they’re most interested in.
Now back to why you should always provide a list of cons, or “What I Loved”, and “What I didn’t”, the reason this is so important is those reviews will come across as far more genuine and honest than a content piece that only highlights how amazing the product is.
Every product has room for improvement, and every product has things about it that not everyone will love. So by putting that out there, and laying it out for your readers, you are demonstrating your commitment to being honest and looking out for their best interests.
They’ll thank you for it by purchasing through your affiliate links rather than your competitor’s.
Why Your Business Needs To Start Accepting Bitcoin Payments Now
While many businesses have already joined the Bitcoin revolution by accepting bitcoin payments, many are still hesitant to make the jump. They are afraid that with Bitcoin’s volatility, they may end up essentially giving their products or services for free. What this means is that they think they are going to get shortchanged if the price in bitcoin drops and would, therefore, lose all their profits. But this is absolutely not the case! In this article, you’ll find out exactly why you shouldn’t miss out on accepting bitcoin payments.
1 – Instant Bitcoin Conversion To Your Local Currency
Bitcoin’s volatility is a business owner’s biggest concern. But with payment gateways like BitPay and Coinbase, you can easily bypass Bitcoin’s volatility. These services will instantly convert your bitcoin payments into your local currency which you’ll receive in your bank account the following business day. This means that if your customer paid you $100 worth of bitcoins, then you’re going to get exactly $100 in your bank account.
2 - No Chargebacks. Ever.
One of the most common things business owners hate with credit card payments is the very real threat of receiving a chargeback. Some customers are just fickle-minded and dishonest. They would file chargebacks for the smallest reasons like they’re not happy with the color they got, or they regretted the purchase, or something similar. But with bitcoin payments, you don’t need to worry about chargebacks because all bitcoin transactions, once verified by the Bitcoin network, are final and irreversible. This means those bitcoins you’ve received are yours (unless of course, you chose to have them instantly converted to dollars). 3 – No Costly Processing Fees
Credit cards are widely accepted worldwide, and merchants like receiving payments from anyone with a valid card. While credit cards are convenient, there are fees that merchants need to pay. Credit card fees can range anywhere from 3% to 4% per transaction plus another few cents for each transaction made. If you receive card payments from 99% of your customers, you’re basically paying a small fortune in credit card fees!
With bitcoin payments, the transaction fees you have to pay are nowhere near what you pay the credit card companies. In fact, the fees are practically negligible as they essentially come down to just a few thousand Satoshis (1 Satoshi = 0.00000001 bitcoin) or a few cents!
You've heard the term "pre-launch", but in reality, there's a Pre Pre-Launch as well. This is the time where marketers planning a launch will start building or warming up their lists, establish relationships with key players, generate buzz, and attract affiliates and joint venture partners so that when the launch takes place, they already have everything lined up and ready to go out.
PRE-PRE-LAUNCH : Focuses on attracting JV partners and affiliates - Generates buzz - builds relationships with key players - lays the groundwork for your launch sequence - sets a definitive date for your launch.
PRE-LAUNCH - Generates buzz from within an existing customer base - solidifies JV relationships - begins to circulate a story line and heats up mailing lists and gets affiliates motivated in preparation for full launch.
Pre-Prelaunch is extremely important because it's what forms the foundation for a product launch, as well as helps marketers determine what angle they should take, as well as what their product should be about.
This is also where marketers identify market demand, objections and use this information to refine their information product and develop a targeted marketing campaign prior to launch.
And this is also where YOU come in, because in order to effectively position yourself so you can claim your share of commissions when the launch takes place, you need to know about it well in advance.
In fact, the easiest way to make money with big launches is to have your system in place weeks before the launch actually happens. That way, you not only position yourself in the search engines for when the big day comes, but you're given enough time to create "value enhancers" that will draw customers to you, rather than the competition.
