And if you look at the rest of your life, you will surely find that there is thirty minutes of wasted time in there somewhere! You can draw positive attention your way just by cutting out these thirty wasted minutes and using them for work.

It is not difficult to get ahead in the business world. You only have to make sure you are doing good work, and you have to make sure you are doing this good work in such a way that you are drawing positive attention to yourself.
